The Federal Pacific TC 546 is a load tap changer with a diverter switch roller contact assembly, inner collector ring, wedge contacts, and reversing switch contacts. The diverter switch roller contact assembly is the primary wear component, with the wedge contact and collector ring also requiring attention at maintenance intervals. Southern Switch machines TC 546 replacement contacts to OEM dimensional specifications.
