About the Allis-Chalmers SDO Oil Circuit Breaker
The Allis-Chalmers SDO is an oil circuit breaker used in substation fault interruption applications. Its interrupter assembly includes a stationary contact mount, upper arcing nozzle, offset rod, retaining ring, bottom plate, interrupter shell, and spring. The interrupter components wear through interrupting duty and require replacement at overhaul.
