Our machine shop is uniquely focused on producing components for the electric utility industry.  We are familiar with most substation components and can provide repairs or produce replacement parts on demand.  Whether you require a standard LTC kit, need a switch rebuilt, or have a one-off project, we have the knowledge and expertise to deliver the solution.

Our Work

SS&C trailer under Disney transmission line

Southern Switch & Contacts onsite in Kissimmee.

Mid-work on an RMag breaker that had a fault that damaged the vacuum bottles.  SS&C was tasked with replacing the bottles and completely refurbishing 

Switch set refurbished to like new condition.

Transformer pumps requiring rebuild.  SS&C completely rebuilt the pumps including new stop leak adaptors.

SS&C's vacuum & oil processing rig hard at work after a full re-gasket of the transformer.

Customer had a failed transformer.  SS&C was contracted to disassemble and remove the old unit and then install a replacement.
